Ashland Pilates Center

Ashland Pilates Center (APC) was created in January of 2009 by pairing a passion for authentic Pilates with a vision for an accessible, affordable studio offering both fitness and post-rehab movement training.

“Specializing in fitness classes as well as post-rehab movement re-training. We bridge the gap from physical therapy to full recovery of movement potential”

At APC, we focus on true fitness both for the athlete and those wanting to restore full movement capacity after injury by increasing range-of-motion, strengthening the entire body, along with the mind and spirit, from the center outward. Results most often include increased flexibility, stability, strength and stamina and decreased pain, stiffness and lethargy.

We offer a range of affordable options for practicing Pilates and are committed to the highest quality of instruction. We are continuing students as well as instructors.

We are offering a limited number of memberships at affordable rates. These are small group classes with a maximum of 7 people per class.
